If there are any errors on the CSV spreadsheet, it will not process successfully.
Before proceeding, please double-check:
- your learners all have unique email addresses?
- their email addresses are typed correctly?
- their username is lower case? (The system will not accept upper case characters for the username)
- there are no hidden space bars? (you may not notice them but if they are there the upload may fail)
