Why do my users not upload to the system? Print

If there are any errors on the CSV spreadsheet, it will not process successfully.

Before proceeding, please double-check:

your learners all have unique email addresses?
their email addresses are typed correctly?
their username is lower case? (The system will not accept upper case characters for the username)
there are no hidden space bars? (you may not notice them but if they are there the upload may fail)
