If your completion does not appear for you, it's possible that your progress has not recorded correctly. This is most commonly caused by a dropped Internet connection or by exiting the course incorrectly.
- If there is an 'Exit' button within the course window, you must make sure you use it to close the eLearning once you reach the end of the course.
- Try to use a device connected to the internet via a cat cable which will offer a better internet connection that a wireless network.
- Please also avoid leaving the course running for more than 2 hours, if you can. Close the course window, once you have completed.
