I have completed the course but the status is showing as 'Not completed'

If your completion does not appear for you, it's possible that your progress has not recorded correctly. This is most commonly caused by a dropped Internet connection or by exiting the course incorrectly.

  • If there is an 'Exit' button within the course window, you must make sure you use it to close the eLearning once you reach the end of the course.

  • Try to use a device connected to the internet via a cat cable which will offer a better internet connection that a wireless network.

  • Please also avoid leaving the course running for more than 2 hours, if you can. Close the course window, once you have completed.
