I'm having problems watching the videos within the course

A stable Internet connection is required for the videos to display correctly. A video may appear outside of the frame until it has fully downloaded. If you leave the window open, the video should correct itself after a few minutes.

If you are still experiencing issues, please follow theses instructions to refresh your browser's cache. After these steps have been completed, you will need to restart your browser and navigate back to the course.
